It’s a question many of you have asked, and a question many of you will continue to ask! But that’s OK, that’s what we’re here for, to help you get started with your indoor trainer!
Installing the rear skewer into your rear wheel sounds a lot trickier than it actually is. Most decent trainers come with their own skewer, mainly because the manufacturers want to be sure they can attach the trainer securely to your rear wheel.
We found the video below to be a great guide; even though it’s for the Kurt Kinetic Road Machine, it basically applies to all bike trainer stands that need the rear skewer inserted. In addition, don’t miss this great little guide on how to actually setup your trainer.
Feel free to get in touch with us if you have any more questions!
